Deep hole drilling can choose from a variety of standard steel round bars, and the process usually requires the use of a precision deep hole drilling machine and a specially designed deep hole drill bit to adapt to the processing needs of high-strength steel materials. Deep hole drilling requires multiple step-by-step drills to gradually reach the required hole size while ensuring the verticality and roundness of the hole. The main use for such custom cylindrical products is ultra-high pressure hydraulic cylinder barrels. Offered by JINYO Honing technology for deep hole drilling projects can improve the surface finish of the honed tube inner diameter to H8 tolerance.
