BORING
JINYO manufactures use boring machines to produce custom tubes to your specifications, specializing in boring hollow chrome bars used to make hydraulic cylinders. Boring is the process of increasing the inside diameter of a drilled or cast hole using a single-point cutting tool. Boring can be viewed as the internal-diameter counterpart to turning, which cuts external diameters. Honed pipe boring generally begins with the use of a boring tool to perform preliminary hole processing on the steel pipe or pipe to achieve a certain size and shape. The boring tool rotates and advances along the hole axis, removing material and creating the desired hole diameter. During the boring process, coolant needs to be continuously applied to the boring tool to reduce the cutting temperature and take away chips. After boring is completed, the size of the hole is measured to ensure that it meets the requirements of the subsequent honing process.
