Hydraulic Cylinder Bushing with PTFE Coating is a highly specialized rod guide component designed for low-friction performance in hydraulic cylinder systems. Featuring a robust base material such as carbon steel, bronze, or composite metal, this guide sleeve is coated with PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) — a material widely known for its exceptional low-friction characteristics, chemical resistance, and non-stick surface.
This PTFE-coated guide bushing ensures smooth piston rod movement while minimizing wear on both the bushing and the rod. Its low coefficient of friction reduces energy loss and heat buildup, making it ideal for high-cycle or high-speed hydraulic systems, as well as applications where lubrication may be limited or intermittent.
Product Description
The cylinder guide sleeve plays a guiding and supporting role on the piston rod, which requires high matching precision, small friction resistance, good wear resistance, and can withstand the pressure, bending force and impact vibration of the piston rod. The inside is equipped with a sealing device to ensure that the cylinder is sealed by the rod cavity, and the outside is equipped with a dust ring to prevent impurities, dust and moisture from being brought to the sealing device and damaging the seal.
Metal guide sets are generally made of bronze, gray cast iron, nodular cast iron and oxidized cast iron with small friction coefficient and good wear resistance; Non-metal guide sleeve can be made of polytetrafluoroethylene and polytrifluorochloroethylene, etc.
