Cold Drawn Seamless (CDS) seamless tube and pipe is produced by piercing hot billets and subsequent rolling which reduces their diameter and elongates them. This material is then passed through a die and over a mandrel plug to produce an accurate size and gauge which is the essence of the cold drawing process.
Improved Surface Finish: The inner and outer surfaces of these tubes are incredibly smooth, reducing friction and enhancing the efficiency of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Product Description
Cold-drawn bright steel pipe is a kind of steel pipe products with precise manufacturing process, high surface finish and accurate inner and outer diameter dimensions. Manufacturing process: Cold-drawn bright steel pipe is manufactured by cold-drawing process, by stretching the hot-rolled steel pipe at room temperature, so the surface is smooth, the inner and outer diameters are accurate in size, and it is not easy to be deformed.
Surface finish: The surface of the product is finely polished and acid-washed, with a very high degree of finish, suitable for applications with strict surface requirements.
Material Selection: Usually made of high quality steel such as carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel to ensure the strength and corrosion resistance of the product.
