Product Features
Hard chrome plated steel rods and tube are designed for use in heavy-duty applications, where strength and longevity are critical. The base material, typically a high-quality steel, is selected for its strength, toughness, and ability to withstand high stress.
The smooth appearance of the hard chrome surface is conferred by an att enti ve preparati on of the chrome steel bars before plating. The steel rod undergoes a rigorous polishing process to create a smooth surface, which is then coated with a layer of chromium through electroplating.
